getOrangeMobileNetworkMethod

Creates an instance of OrangeMobileNetworkMethod to authenticate users based on their Orange mobile data network (works only for Orange customers).

By default, the Mobile Country Code of the SIM card activated on the executing device is used. If needed, a specific value may be passed to the mcc parameter.
